Rachel (Bax) White
The founder of Peace by Piece, Rachel White is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her B.A. degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Florida. After graduation Rachel worked as a speech therapist with Broward County Schools. She continued her education by obtaining a M.S. in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. Throughout her career she has worked with individuals with language delays, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and handwriting difficulties. Rachel is dedicated to improving the quality of life not only for the client, but also the family.

Real Life
Rachel has two children and lives in Boca Raton. She has personal experience with individuals with special needs. Her son was diagnosed at 2-years old with ASD. She observed therapists working with her child and saw the difference it made for her child, as well as the family. She began studying ABA as a way to help her son and family. She soon realized that she would love to help other families on their journey with their special needs children.
